Refund Policy

This document states the refund policy for Cowtown Leathermen 35 put on by Cowtown Leathermen, Inc.. Please read it carefully, and if you do not understand something, please contact the run coordinator. Registering for this event indicates you will abide by this policy.

  1. Under most circumstances your run registration fee and any optional items you pay for are non-refundable. Should you experience a major medical, family, or work emergency please contact the Run Coordinator (see below for contact information) to discuss your situation.
  2. Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The Run Coordinator will make a determination regarding a refund. The Run Coordinator's decision is final.
  3. If the Run Coordinator determines that a situation merits a refund, said refund will be provided in the form of a check. If the registration was paid for using online payments (such as PayPal) the refund will be for the total amount paid MINUS the processing fee assessed by the online payment processor (typically 2.9% of the fee tendered plus $0.30).
  4. At the discretion of the Run Coordinator, registrations may be transferred to a different person. If you want to tranfer your registration to a different person, please contact the run coordinator.
