What amenities are available at the TCC Landsite?

The 30-plus acre campground provides all the amenities you need to have a great weekend. We have showers, flush toilets, a commercial-grade kitchen, a bunkhouse, and the pole barn with the stage. For this run, you will not need to worry about your meals as they are provided. However, if you would like something a bit stronger, please BYOB.

Where can I stay while at the Landsite?

The Landsite offers many cleared spots suited for pitching a tent. Many sites also have electrical service available (3 amps max). Most of these sites have convenient access to a water spigot. If you own an RV, you are also welcome to bring it in. There are sites conditioned for RVs, and some have electrical hookups (30 amps max) and water spigots. Keep in mind that these sites are all "back-in" only, and are limited. They will be provided on a first come, first served basis. There is a $25 additional fee for an RV site with 30-amp electric service. There is no additional charge for tent electric service. These fees are for the entire weekend.

If tent camping is not your thing, and you don't have an RV, you are welcome to use the TCC Bunkhouse - an air-conditioned mobile home. There is an additional fee of $ to reserve a spot in the Bunkhouse. If you are interested in this, we strongly recommend sending in your application early, as it fills up very quickly. If you register on-line, you can also select which Bunkhouse bed you would like to reserve.

I have never been to the Landsite -- what should I bring?

The Landsite is in a rural setting, so you may have an opportunity to interact with the wildlife. We recommend that you bring and wear boots or good, sturdy shoes. You may run into snakes or other creatures, although this is not common. We strongly recommend against wearing sandals or flip-flops at the landsite, or going barefoot.

The Landsite is clothing-optional, so you may or may not need to pack a lot of clothes. We also recommend you bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent.

The Landsite has hot showers available. Please bring your own cosmetics (soap, shampoo, etc as appropriate). You should also bring a towel. If you are staying in the bunkhouse you should bring your own linens and pillows.

Meals will be provided for you as part of the run, but you might want to bring along any other snacks, etc you might want. Ice is available for purchase at the Landsite (bring your own cooler or suitable container). You will need to provide any other liquor or other drinks you may want.

This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of what to bring. If you have not been to the Landsite before, we recommend you get in touch with us, or ask someone that has been recently.

What activities will be happening during the run?

As part of the run, you will have the option of participating in the fun activities we have planned for you. There will be various games throughout the weekend. In addition members, member clubs, or other organizations will be hosting cocktail parties throughout the weekend. You should have no trouble finding something (or someone) to keep you entertained!

Can I bring my pet?

People that have a current TCC Pet Permit and abide by the TCC rules on pets can bring their pets with prior coordination with the Run Coordinator. Pet Permits must be secured prior to this event. If you show up with a pet and do not already have a pet permit you will be asked to leave.
